Moonlight shining through the clouds
Forming shadows on the ground.
Lizard sleeping on the walk;
Coyote trotting in the dark.
Bunnies hopping with the dawn;
Birds awaking singing sounds.
Another peaceful hike at day
Hoping to keep stress at bay.
I know not what this day will bring,
But life goes on, so joy will spring.
